All That Premises of Flat No. 112 situated on the 1st Floor, admeasuring an area of 290 Sq. Ft., in the building known as “Balkrushna Apartment”, lying, being and situate at Ashele Village, Ambernath, within the limits of District Thane, Maharashtra – 421306.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
