All That Plant and Machinery involved for processing and packing of seafood products, together with all those pieces and parcels of land bearing Plot No. B-4, totally admeasuring 17,800 sq. meters, situated at Additional Lote–Parshuram Industrial Area, MIDC, lying, being and situate at Village Asgani, Taluka Khed, District Ratnagiri – 415708.
The said plant, machinery, and land are hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
