All That Premises of Basement Premises No. 2 situated in the building known as “Canada Tower Apartment”, constructed on and bearing Plot No. 15, located below San Infotech and near Saraswat Bank, on College Road / Sharanpur–Trimbak Link Road, at Canada Corner, Sharanpur Gaothan, Nashik, Maharashtra – 422005.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
