(super built-up area), in the building known as “Hyacinth”, forming part of the project “Lobdi Gardens”, constructed on land bearing Survey No. 81, Hissa Nos. 1, 2 and 3, lying, being and situate at Dahivali Tarfe Waradi, Neral, District Raigad, Maharashtra – 410101.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
