(carpet area), situated on the 5th Floor as per the approved plans, in the proposed composite building known as “MANTHAN PLAZA”, constructed on the plot of land bearing CTS No. 962–D, admeasuring approximately 2753 sq. meters, lying, being and situate at Village Kole Kalyan, on Nehru Road, Santacruz (East), Mumbai – 400055.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
