All That Premises of Flat No. 401 situated on the 4th Floor in the building known as “Stree Krupa Residency”, forming part of the society known as “Shirme Krupa Residency Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.”, constructed on and bearing Plot No. 45, Sector 2, lying, being and situate at Village Taloja, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
