All That Part of the property consisting of Flat No. 304 situated on the 3rd Floor in Building No. B2 of the project known as “Manas Hills”, lying, being and situate at Village Khativali, Vasind, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane – 421601.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
