B1, B2 and A3, of Manas Hills Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., lying, being and situate off Mumbai–Nashik Express Highway, at Village Khatiwali, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane – 421601.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
