All That Part of the property consisting of Flat No. 101 situated on the 1st Floor, Block B-1, in the building/project known as “Manas Hills”, constructed on land bearing Survey No. 212, lying, being and situate at Village Khativali, on the Nashik Eastern Express Highway, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane – 421601.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
