All That Premises of Shop No. 11 situated on the Ground Floor, C Wing, in the society known as “Yashwant Park Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.”, located on New Link Road, lying, being and situate at Nallasopara (East), District Thane, Maharashtra – 401209, India.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
