All That Premises comprising of the entire 2nd Floor in the building known as “Poonam Cottage”, being a portion of Room No. 1799 of Block No. C–900, constructed on and bearing C.T.S. No. 24247 (part), situated opposite Kali Mata Mandir, at Kurla Camp, Village Ulhasnagar–5, District Thane – 421005, admeasuring a built-up area of 735 sq. ft.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
