All That Premises of Shop No. 7 situated on the 1st Floor in the building known as “Star Plaza”, located opposite the Vegetable Market, constructed on and bearing Survey Nos. 27B and 26A and CTS Nos. 2098, 2099 and 2139, lying, being and situate at Khopoli, District Raigad (MH), Maharashtra – 410203, India.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
