All That Piece and Parcel of land bearing Plot Nos. 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, 122, 123, 125, 127 and 130, forming part of Survey No. 36/2 A (2) and Survey No. 37/1, lying, being and situate at Village Kothimbe, Taluka Karjat, District Raigad, admeasuring a total land area of 53,380 sq. ft.
The said land is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
