All That Premises of Shop No. 20 situated on the 1st Floor in the building known as “Raghuleela Megamall”, forming part of Raghuleela Megamall Premises Co-operative Society Ltd., located near Poisar Depot, bearing CTS Nos. 26 and 26/1 of Village Kandivali and CTS No. 12 (part) of Village Poisar, lying, being and situate at Kandivali (West), Mumbai – 400067.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
