All That Part and Parcel of the property bearing Flat No. G-1, situated in Wing “C”, Building No. 2, forming part of the project known as “Dream City”, constructed on and bearing Sector No. 7, lying, being and situate at Village Boisar, Taluka Boisar, District Palghar, Maharashtra – 401501, admeasuring an area of 380 sq. ft.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
