All That Premises being the Equitable Mortgage (EQM) of Flat No. 401 situated on the 4th Floor in Tower No. 14C of the complex known as “Atlanta Eden World”, lying, being and situate at Temghar, Bhiwandi, District Thane, owned by Mr. Dinesh S. Shetty, admeasuring a built-up area of 716 sq. ft.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
