All That Premises of Gala Nos. 113, 116 and 117 situated in the complex known as “Krishna Govinda Complex”, constructed on and bearing Plot Nos. 25 and 26, Sector–24, Vashi, lying, being and situate at Navi Mumbai, owned by Mahavir Sales Corporation, admeasuring an approximate built-up area of 692 sq. ft.
The said premises is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
