All Those Pieces and Parcels of land bearing Gut No. 71, admeasuring an area of 21,200 sq. meters, lying, being and situate at Village Bhatsai, off Vasind–Bhatsai Road, opposite Gavdevi Mata Mandir, Vasind, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane – 421601.
The said land is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
