All Those Pieces and Parcels of land bearing Gut No. 546, Plot No. 13, forming part of Nakshatra Salisbury Society, Waghachai, lying, being and situate at Village Mhase, Taluka Murbad, District Thane, Maharashtra – 421401, admeasuring an area of 441 sq. meters.
The said land is hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, called and referred to as “the said Property.”
