All those pieces and parcels of hypothecated Plant and Machinery situated at Gat No. 86/3, Village Urse, Taluka Dahanu, District Palghar, together with all fixtures, fittings, installations, accessories, and appurtenances attached thereto or used in connection therewith, forming an integral part of the industrial establishment located on the said premises.
